A dream is like a debug room in a video game and I love it.

After some thought, my best dreams are the nostalgic ones.

The setting is always a perpetual quiet afternoon near our old house or near my grade school. There’s usually not much people present.

The entire dream offers endless exploration and I can only go forward. The dream usually turns into a slight nightmare once I attempt to go back. A little scary but I quite like it.

The surroundings become distorted like a bad video game glitch and sometimes they are legitimately terrifying.

The more I linger behind, the more the path closes until I’m locked in the glitch.

Then I wake up.
